Actually managed to find a bottle of bison-grass Zubrovka. It’s a vodka I had in Prague a few years ago but have been unable to find on sale since.
Dude in the store was surprised when I mentioned that it was so hard to find:
Dude: “Ah, that’s because you haven’t been going to the right place”
Me: “Obviously, would you recommend anything else?”
Dude: “Well, we have scorpion vodka as well (holds up a bottle with a pickled scorpion inside). It separates the men from the boys”
Me: “What… you mean the men have more sense?”
Dude: ” Hahahah… you, my friend, are a funny man. Come back soon”
Me: “Yeah, it’s a safe bet you’ll be seeing a lot of me”
.. and so on.. I really like that store…
Indeed half an hour later we’re back in for cold cans of beer…
did you get the scorpion one? it fills me with fear and I aint even seen it !!!
Nah. I must go back. They also have snake vodka.
